Innovator & Co. is a small practice helping leaders who live at the edge of what comes next - founders, ministry leaders, ops leaders carrying ideas larger than the systems around them.

The work centers on the Edge Innovator Inventory, a 28-question diagnostic that names how you actually move, what feeds you, and where you are most at risk. The inventory is a mirror, not a label. It is the start of a conversation, not the end.

Who runs this

Leroy Barber has spent decades coaching leaders who do not fit cleanly inside stable structures. He brings the framing, the questions, and the lived experience of starting things that did not exist before.

Andrej Ciho handles the operational and technical side of the practice so the work itself stays focused on the leaders we serve.

How we work

• Individual inventory. Take the 28-question Edge Innovator Inventory and get your archetype band, a unique code, and an honest summary of what to watch for.
• Compatibility report. When you and a partner both have your codes, we write a report by hand on how you work together - where you reinforce each other, where friction lives, and one concrete practice to try this week.
• Team engagements. For organizations that want to do this work as a team, we scope custom engagements one-on-one. Submit an inquiry and we will reach out.
